Karina Bell has quickly become one of Tampa Bay’s standout real estate professionals—but her journey to success spans continents. Originally from Germany, Karina moved to the United States in 2006 and entered real estate in New Mexico after being encouraged by a broker’s family who saw her natural ability to connect with people. She began as an assistant, mastering contracts, negotiations, and client care before becoming an agent herself.

From 2007 to 2013, she built her business in New Mexico, but as a military spouse, she relocated frequently—to North Carolina, Colorado, South Korea, and ultimately back to Germany. During her time overseas, Karina continued working as a licensed agent in Germany, gaining unique international market experience and deepening her understanding of relocation challenges faced by global families.

When her husband Desmond neared retirement from the Air Force, Karina promised she would reenter real estate only if they settled in Tampa. After interviewing more than a dozen teams, she chose 54 Realty for its elite training, supportive culture, and the freedom to build her own brand.

Karina became licensed in September 2023, completed training by December, and launched her business in January—closing 32 homes in her first year and ranking in the top 3% of all agents in the Tampa Bay area. She accelerated her growth by strategically building her business through social media, targeting her niche of military families and relocating buyers with consistent, value-driven content.

Her specialty in serving military families comes from firsthand experience. She regularly assists with PCS transitions, sight-unseen purchases, and cross-country or international relocations, offering unmatched empathy and hands-on support.
