Michael and Theresa Bock are the co-owners of Bock Mortgage Group. Their career journeys are very different—but both grew quickly for the same reason: they learned early that success comes from serving the right people, not everyone.

Theresa began as the Director of one of Hillsborough County’s top middle school chorus programs, where she developed communication, leadership, and the ability to bring out the best in people. She went on to build a six-figure portrait photography business by understanding her ideal client and crafting a brand that attracted them intentionally—long before becoming a top-producing loan officer.

Michael started as a master auto mechanic and later opened and grew two successful brick-and-mortar tire companies. After years of entrepreneurship, he returned to school to earn degrees in finance and marketing, which gave him the strategic foundation that later propelled him into the mortgage industry, where he became a top producer known for clarity and operational excellence.

They have created a shared belief in target branding and marketing which has continually propelled them forward in business.
