Lisa Spencer, who grew up in a real estate family, was a top-producing agent and a managing broker for over a decade eventually leading an office of over 400 agents that closed over 3000 transactions in a year.

Meghan Dukett

My name is Meghan Dukett, I am a senior closer with Paramount Title and a licensed title agent in the state of Florida. I have worked in the industry for 7 years, majority of which was with new construction before I made the transition over to resale, refinances, and dash of new construction. I was born and raised in Tampa Bay and happy to continue to call it home. When I am not at the closing table, I spend most of my time with my husband and 2 boys. Jessica Beggins Houston

I am proud to officially be a “third generation” Beggins agent! My grandfather, Jim Beggins, brought the CENTURY 21 franchise to Florida in the ’70s. In 1992, my parents, Craig and Angelique Beggins, started CENTURY 21 Beggins. Over the years, with the help of my Grandpa Jim and my dad’s brother, Jeff, they’ve grown the company to 9 offices around the Tampa Bay area in Hillsborough, Sarasota, Manatee, and Pinellas Counties. Tony Barrett, originally from rural Illinois, initially aspired to be a farmer. However, his life took a different path when he joined the Army as a combat medic. After his service, he settled in Florida, where he became a firefighter and paramedic, serving his community for 30 years.


In addition to his career in public safety, Tony established a successful real estate brokerage, thriving for two decades. His passion for real estate was driven by his dedication to help people.


Tony's commitment to service extends beyond his profession. In 2013, he founded "Heroes Welcome Home," a nonprofit supporting veterans with housing needs. Currently, he also serves as the elected Fire Commissioner of East Manatee Fire Rescue.
